Veolia Campus provides a number of training systems aimed at developing employee qualifications in order to meet every new environmental challenge

Alternance and tutoring

Focused on alternate tuition adapted to different levels

  • During the training period: alternate tuition with material designed specifically and commonly shared by students (interdisciplinary training boards, liaison logs, board for the follow up of the various activities, etc..)
  • Trainers/coordinators: professional experienced and qualified in house Veolia Environnement instructors from the different divisions can re-integrate their former position as part of career development plan.

The framework of the alternate system "theory/practice" comprises of courses delivered on site and at company location. The instructor follows, adapts and relays the trainees' tuition: the student shares time between training sessions and actual work in the company.

Training instructors' system includes:

  • Instructor's file: assistance for the instructor
  • Common training rooms
  • Blue print: framework designed for the instructor
  • Accredited qualification: trained instructors /assessors professionally acknowledged

Veolia trains Veolia

Instructors/trainers: in house Veolia Group professional staff. All in house staff are trained to use the required and appropriate teaching methods.

New teaching systems

Development of partnerships

Veolia Campus focuses on the development of partnerships in conjunction with universities and specific environmental bodies. These partnerships enhance expertise in urban economy, water management, industrial re-qualification etc...This policy favours the induction of students' within Veolia.
