Any employee having worked at least two years in the company is entitled to an appraisal career interview with the company. This is when you can mention training.

This interview generally takes place with your supervisor. It is the right opportunity for deciding upon the training objects whilst studying the targeted know how and the area of requirement.

Proficiency assessment:

Through assessing and orientating an employee to develop capacities not yet developed it is possible to establish a professional plan and find opportunities for professional elevator, this includes a dialog between employee and company.

Valuing seniority and experience:

VSE acknowledges what has been learned either trough actual employment or through a vocational training course entitling to a formal certificate or diploma validated in due form by an outside body. What yet needs to be learned will be taken care of through a number of training units.
